We offer international shipping for most of our products. Specific shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
Change Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, we are happy to assist you. Please note the following guidelines:
Timeframe: You can request a change to the shipping address within 3 hours after placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to make any modifications.

Domestic and International Address Limitations: We are unable to change the shipping address from a domestic US location to an international address, or vice versa. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at the time of placing your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This enables you to monitor the progress of your order until it reaches your doorstep. Kindly allow 3-5 days for the carrier to register your package within their system.
In case you attempt to track your package and find no available information, this simply indicates that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. As soon as the parcel is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you choose to reach out to the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request parcel forwarding or redirection, please note that we hold no liability if the parcel becomes lost, stolen, or damaged in the process.
